Refund Policy

CANCELLATION

  • Cancellation of any product/s, once purchased on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstance/s.

RETURNS

We invest a great deal of love and care into making each product. However, if for some reason you want to return the outfit, these are the following steps to do so:

  • Any product can only be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns for Kurta sets and ethnic wear due to the made to order nature of these products.
  • The product must be unwashed and unused.
  • All tags must be unbroken. Under no circumstances will products with broken tags be accepted for returns.
  • A reverse pick up process will be initiated by us which will take 2-3 days.
  • Once the returned product reaches us, we will do a quality check of the product.
  • Please note, we do not give any cash refund.
  • For any returns, to and fro shipping amount plus COD charges (if applicable) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded in the form of store credit.
  • The store credit will be valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
  • Products purchased using store credit are not eligible for return/exchange.
  • Products on sale are not eligible for returns.
  • Customized orders are not eligible for returns.
  • Accessories are not eligible for returns.
  • In case you receive a damaged product, we should be notified within 24hrs of receiving the parcel. We may request you to share unpacking videos and pictures  with us at support@nikisu.in

EXCHANGE

  • The customer will have to contact us at support@nikisu.in in case of any exchanges.
  • Any product can only be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unwashed and unused.
  • All tags must be unbroken. Under no circumstances will products with broken tags be accepted for exchange.
  • A reverse pick up process will be initiated by us which will take 2-3 days.
  • Once the returned product reaches us, we will do a quality check of the garment and then send the new product.
  • If the new product is higher in value, the customer will have to pay the difference via G-pay/Razorpay payment link.
  • If the new product is lower in value, the difference will be credited to the customer in the form of store credit. This amount can be used within 3 months from the date of credit issue.
  • Shipping charges for the exchange process to be paid by the customer.
  • Any product once exchanged, cannot be exchanged or returned the second time.
  • A product can be exchanged for the same item subjective to size availability. We will ne unable to hold stock for any exchanges in transit. In the event of stock running out the amount will be credited as store credits or can be used to purchase any other available products on the website.
